If you have recently suffered damage to your property which requires you to make a claim on your home insurance policy, you should take the following steps to ensure that your claim gets dealt with promptly, and painlessly.

1./ Contact your insurance company and inform them of the damage. They will take details of the claim from you, and will arrange for a loss adjuster or appointed representative to act on their behalf and visit you to examine the damage and validate your claim.

2./ Contact Tangible Building Solutions and let us know about your claim. We will then arrange to visit you to assess the damage, and will then arrange to meet the loss adjuster at your property in order to agree the scope of work that needs to be carried-out.

3./ We will then provide your insures with a full report and quotation, and will deal with them directly to get the necessary works approved. You need do nothing.

4./ Once the work is approved, we will instruct the local tradepeople to carry-out the agreed work, and will manage the project on your behalf to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard and in a professional and timely manner. You need do nothing.

5./ On completion of the work, we will invoice your insurance company directly for the work, and they will send payment diretly to us, once you have informed them that the work has been completed.
