Terry has over thirty years experience as a building surveyor with the last 15 years in the insurance industry. This gives Terry a wealth of experience in building/property knowledge and insurance claims.
He is also a qualified electrical engineer and restoration technician. This means he has a great understanding of electrical wiring and the drying of water damaged and flooded buildings. Having worked for insurance companies he is familiar with the claims process and settlement options but also knows how to treat customers fairly and ensure they get the optimum solution to their problems. His experience extends to dealing with large loss claims in excess of £100,000 through to completion as well as all accidental damage, impact damage, vandalism damage, storm, water damage and attempted break in damage to buildings from the floor to the walls and ceiling up to the roof and chimney.
